You have 30 days from delivery to let us know if something isn't right.

Damaged, defective or the wrong scene?

Email support@sadielamps.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. No need to send it back.

Changed your mind?

Unused lamps in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
